We currently ship Pan-India. At present, we do not offer international shipping.

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Domestic delivery timelines: 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery address.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, strikes, or natural calamities.

4. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier partners, including Amazon India, XpressBees, and Delhivery, to ensure reliable and safe delivery.

5. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on All Orders across India.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address so you can monitor the delivery status.

7. Delivery Restrictions

We currently have no delivery restrictions and serve all deliverable pin codes within India.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare case of a damaged or lost shipment, MithilaGram takes full responsibility and will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to the customer.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for all eligible orders.

10. Return Shipping

If you wish to return a product, we will arrange for pickup and bear the entire return shipping cost.
